Just received the Michal Golan memory bracelets! (SB 186)
My mother had a great idea. She put the two green bracelets on together and it's really a great look! All the bracelets are truly beautiful...but the green is her all time favorite!

I have been to many Judaic gift shops, but Hatikvah is by far the best. The items Denise sells are so beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. If you can't find what you want, Denise or her son, Ben will be happy to help. There is pleasant Israeli music playing as you browse through the store. My mom and I agree that Hatikvah is a warm and inviting store. I am going to tell everyone I know to either come to the store in person or order from the website. I can't wait to go back. Although I have shopped in your store several times before, I had not previously shopped at your online presence, Hatikva.com.
Right before Chanukah I decided at the very last moment to add one more menorah to my collection, and I ordered a nice tall one from your site. OH! Did I mention that this is one of those good news / bad news stories?
The bad news is that the menorah I first selected was out-of-stock.
The good news is, after you informed me that you could not provide me with my first pick, you were able to suggest two others that met my criteria. I loved both of your recommendations and selected the one that was best for me.
By now, Chanukah is even closer than it was when I placed my original order.
WELL.... Even though the new menorah I chose was priced a tad higher than my original selection, you sent it along to me as soon as I gave you the go-ahead and you did so without waiting to figure out how to bill me for the very modest difference in price.
Oh-my-goodness!!!!!
Your customer service is remarkable. If you had held up sending me my beautiful menorah until we had agreed on how you should collect the difference in price, I would not have had it in time for my big family celebration. All I had to do to close the loop was send you a quick message about how I wanted the difference handled, and presto-chango, we were done.
In addition to all of the above, you also take time to personally respond to questions about the products you sell. Your high-touch approach married to the high-tech convenience of your website are a winning combination! Thank you for a great product, great service, fair prices, and terrific customer care.
