With a diameter a little less than 14, this sedar plate is a modern masterpiece! Its base is made up of two circle halves that are composed of ¾ inch thick carved glass and are held together by two golden arches. On the base are circular impressions that hold small, jewel- colored, iridescent dishes varying in colors.
